Terms. Set out fully.
These Terms of Use govern your access to dolvent.info and any order you place for Omega-3 Triple with Dolvent Health Ltd, company number SC487362, registered office at 18 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 6AY. By browsing this website or submitting an order request, you accept these terms in full. This version was last published on 11 August 2026.
1. Scope of these terms
These Terms of Use apply to every visitor to dolvent.info and to every order request submitted through our online form or confirmed by telephone. They sit alongside, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Returns Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Where any conflict arises between these terms and a specific policy on a narrower subject, the narrower policy will take precedence on that subject only. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use dolvent.info or submit an order.
2. Who we are
Dolvent Health Ltd is a private limited company registered in Scotland under company number SC487362, with its registered office and trading address at 18 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 6AY, United Kingdom. Our VAT registration number is GB 942 3318 70. You can contact us by telephone on +44 141 389 4910 during our published hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30, or by email at [email protected] at any time. References in these terms to "Dolvent", "we", "us" and "our" mean Dolvent Health Ltd, and references to "you" and "your" mean the visitor or customer using dolvent.info.
3. Eligibility to order
To place an order for Omega-3 Triple you must be at least eighteen years old, resident in the United Kingdom, and able to provide a valid delivery address within the areas we serve, as described in our Delivery page. Omega-3 Triple is a food supplement intended for adult use and is not marketed to, or intended for, children. By submitting an order you confirm that the information you provide, including your name, telephone number and delivery address, is accurate and that you have the authority to accept delivery at the address given.
4. How the order and confirmation process works
Submitting the order form on dolvent.info is a request to purchase, not a binding contract. Because we operate on a pay-on-delivery basis, no payment is taken at the time you submit the form. A member of our team will telephone you, usually within one to two working days, to confirm the details of your order, answer any questions, and agree a delivery window. A binding contract of sale is only formed once we confirm your order by telephone and dispatch it; until that point, either party may withdraw from the order without charge or penalty. If we are unable to reach you by telephone after a reasonable number of attempts, we may treat the order request as lapsed.
5. Pricing and payment
Omega-3 Triple is offered at a price of £45.99 per pack of ninety capsules, inclusive of any applicable VAT. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and may be changed at any time before you place an order, although the price confirmed to you during the telephone confirmation call will be the price you pay. Payment is collected by the courier at the point of delivery, by cash or by card, as described in our Delivery page. No advance payment, deposit or card details are requested through the website itself, and you should treat any request for upfront payment purportedly from Dolvent as suspicious and report it to us immediately.
6. Acceptable use of the website
You agree to use dolvent.info only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by, any other person. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, submit false or fraudulent order requests, use automated means to scrape or extract content from the site without our written permission, or introduce viruses, trojans or other harmful material through the site. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or restrict access to the website for any visitor who we reasonably believe has breached this section.
7. Intellectual property
All content on dolvent.info, including text, graphics, logos, product photography and the underlying website code, is owned by or licensed to Dolvent Health Ltd and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print extracts of this website for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify any content or remove any copyright or trade mark notice. Any other use, including reproduction, republication or commercial exploitation of our content, requires our prior written consent.
8. Product information and description accuracy
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, nutrient values and images on dolvent.info are accurate at the time of publication. Because packaging, formulations and imagery may be updated periodically, minor variations between the website and the product you receive may occasionally occur, and these do not affect the nutritional composition described in our Composition page. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, and any general wellness information provided is for context only and does not replace individual guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.
9. Liability and disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dolvent Health Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, dolvent.info, or from reliance on any information contained on it, save that nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English and Scots law. Our total liability to you in connection with any single order shall not exceed the price paid for that order, except where a higher liability is required by law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Links to other websites
dolvent.info may contain links to third-party websites, including delivery tracking pages provided by our courier partners. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of any linked third-party website, and including a link does not imply our endorsement of it. You access any linked website entirely at your own risk and should review that website's own terms and privacy notices before using it.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Scotland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of the part of the United Kingdom in which you are resident. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of dolvent.info will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, although if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your own jurisdiction.
12. Complaints procedure and how to contact us
If you have a complaint about these terms, the website, or an order, please contact us in the first instance by email at [email protected] or by telephone on +44 141 389 4910 during our published hours. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within two working days and to provide a substantive response within ten working days, escalating internally where a matter requires further investigation. If your complaint concerns a completed purchase and cannot be resolved directly with us, you may also be entitled to use the Consumer Ombudsman or Trading Standards services available in the United Kingdom.
