Legal Notice

Legal notice. Fully disclosed.

This Legal Notice sets out the identity of the company behind dolvent.info, its registration details, the regulatory framework that applies to Omega-3 Triple, the personal data we process in the course of operating this website, and how to raise a formal legal or regulatory enquiry. It is published in accordance with general transparency obligations for online sellers in the United Kingdom and was last updated on 11 August 2026.

1. Scope of this notice

This Legal Notice applies to the website dolvent.info in its entirety, including every page reachable from its navigation, and to the commercial activity of selling Omega-3 Triple on a pay-on-delivery basis. It is intended to provide the transparency information that visitors, consumers and regulators are entitled to expect from an online seller operating in the United Kingdom, combining company law disclosures with a summary of our data protection position so that a single document can be cited in correspondence with regulators. It does not replace or override our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms of Use or Returns Policy, each of which addresses its own subject in substantially greater detail and continues to apply in full alongside this notice. Where any statement in this Legal Notice appears to conflict with those other documents, the more specific document takes precedence for the topic it covers, and you should treat this notice as the general index rather than the exhaustive statement.

2. Identity of the website operator

dolvent.info is owned and operated by Dolvent Health Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in Scotland and registered with Companies House under company number SC487362. Our registered office and principal place of business is 18 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 6AY, Scotland, United Kingdom. Our VAT registration number is GB 942 3318 70. You can verify our company registration at any time free of charge through the Companies House register at find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk, where our filing history, registered office and current officers are published as a matter of public record. We are also registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller in respect of the personal data described in section 5 below.

3. Contact details

For general enquiries, order questions or legal correspondence, you can contact Dolvent Health Ltd by telephone on +44 141 389 4910 during our published hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30, by email at [email protected] at any time, or by post to our registered office at 18 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 6AY. Formal legal notices should be marked for the attention of the Company Secretary and sent by post or email to ensure prompt internal routing to the appropriate team. Data protection enquiries specifically, including requests to exercise the rights listed in section 6, should be marked for the attention of the Data Protection Lead so that they can be triaged separately from general customer service correspondence and answered by a colleague with the appropriate training.

4. Product classification and regulatory authority

Omega-3 Triple is classified as a food supplement under UK food law and Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 as retained in UK law. It is not a medicinal product and is not subject to medicines regulation. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, replace medical advice or professional healthcare or health condition, and no statement on dolvent.info should be interpreted as suggesting otherwise. Food supplements in the United Kingdom are regulated by the Food Standards Agency (FSA), which sets compositional, labelling and safety requirements for products such as Omega-3 Triple. Data protection matters connected with dolvent.info are overseen by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF. Advertising standards are overseen by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), and consumer protection more generally falls within the remit of Trading Standards services operating across the United Kingdom.

5. Personal data collected through this website

In connection with operating dolvent.info and fulfilling orders for Omega-3 Triple, Dolvent Health Ltd collects the following categories of personal data. Order data comprises the full name, telephone number, delivery address, city, postcode and order contents submitted through the order form on the homepage, together with the date and time of submission and the outcome of the confirmation call. Communications data comprises the content of emails, telephone calls and any written correspondence you send to [email protected] or to +44 141 389 4910, retained for quality and dispute-resolution purposes. Technical data comprises your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages viewed during your visit, collected automatically through server logs and the cookies described in section 8. We do not knowingly collect health data, special category data, or payment card numbers through this website, because payment is collected in cash or by card directly by the courier at the point of delivery rather than through dolvent.info.

6. Legal basis for processing and retention periods

We process order data and communications data on the basis of contract, because it is necessary to take the steps you request before entering into a contract of sale and to perform that contract once your order is confirmed by telephone. We process technical data on the basis of legitimate interests, specifically the operation, security and improvement of dolvent.info, save where a cookie requires your consent under the rules described in section 8. Order records, including name, address, telephone number and order contents, are retained for six years from the date of the transaction to satisfy statutory accounting and tax record-keeping obligations under UK law. Records of unconfirmed or cancelled orders that never proceed to dispatch are retained for eighteen months and then deleted. Customer service correspondence is retained for three years from the date of the last message in the thread. Server logs recording IP addresses and technical data are retained for ninety days and then automatically purged, except where a longer period is necessary to investigate a specific security incident.

7. Your data protection rights and how to exercise them

Under UK data protection law you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request that inaccurate data be corrected, to request erasure of your data where no overriding legal reason exists for us to keep it, to request that processing be restricted in certain circumstances, to receive a portable copy of data you provided to us, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected] marked for the attention of the Data Protection Lead, or write to our registered office, and include enough information for us to verify your identity, such as your name, order reference and delivery postcode. We aim to acknowledge every rights request within three working days and to provide a full response within one calendar month of receipt, extendable by a further two months for complex or numerous requests, in which case we will explain the reason for the extension in writing before the initial month expires.

8. Cookies used on this website

dolvent.info uses a small number of cookies, each of which is described in full in our separate Cookie Policy and summarised here for completeness. The strictly necessary session cookie, named dolvent_session, is set for the duration of your browsing session and is used to keep the order form functioning correctly as you move between pages; it does not require consent because it is essential to the service you have requested. The cookie consent record, named dolvent_consent_prefs, is stored for twelve months and remembers the choices you make in the Cookie Settings modal so that you are not asked again on every visit. Where you consent to analytics, an analytics cookie is set for a period of thirteen months to help us understand aggregate visit numbers and page performance; where you consent to marketing, a marketing cookie is set for a period of six months to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. You may withdraw consent to analytics and marketing cookies at any time through the Cookie Settings link in our footer, and doing so will not affect the strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function.

9. Third-party processors and international transfers

We share personal data with a limited number of third parties who process it on our behalf under written data processing agreements. Our courier partners receive name, delivery address and telephone number solely for the purpose of dispatching and delivering your order and confirming delivery by telephone. Our website hosting provider processes technical data as part of running the infrastructure that serves dolvent.info. Our email service provider processes the content of correspondence sent to [email protected]. Our telephony provider processes call recordings made during order confirmation calls, retained for the periods described in section 6. Where any processor is located outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement or an equivalent adequacy mechanism recognised by the Information Commissioner's Office, and we do not transfer personal data to any country without such a safeguard in place. We do not sell personal data to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

10. Intellectual property and hosting infrastructure

The Dolvent name, logo, product packaging design and all text, images and code published on dolvent.info are owned by or licensed to Dolvent Health Ltd, unless otherwise stated. Nutrient and ingredient data are used under licence from our supplement formulation partners where applicable. No part of this website may be reproduced, distributed or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent, save for personal, non-commercial use as permitted under our Terms of Use. dolvent.info is hosted using commercial cloud infrastructure located within the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, selected for its security certifications and data residency options, and technical support for that infrastructure is provided under a written data processing agreement consistent with the safeguards described in section 9.

11. Consumer protection compliance and limitation of liability

Dolvent Health Ltd complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 in the operation of dolvent.info and the sale of Omega-3 Triple. Our Returns Policy sets out in detail the fourteen-day cancellation right available to consumers, and our Terms of Use describe the point at which a binding contract of sale is formed following telephone confirmation of an order. While we take reasonable care to ensure that the information published on this website is accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or entirely free from error, and to the extent permitted by law our liability in connection with the content of this website is limited as described in our Terms of Use. Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. How to raise a legal, data protection or regulatory concern

If you wish to raise a legal, data protection or regulatory concern about dolvent.info or Omega-3 Triple, please contact us first at [email protected] so that we can investigate directly; we aim to acknowledge such correspondence within two working days and to provide a substantive response within fifteen working days, or within one calendar month where the concern relates to a formal data protection rights request under section 7. Where a concern falls within the remit of the Food Standards Agency, the Information Commissioner's Office, the Advertising Standards Authority or Trading Standards, you remain free to contact that body directly at any time, and doing so will not affect your ability to also raise the matter with us. You are never required to exhaust our internal process before contacting a regulator, although we would welcome the opportunity to resolve most concerns directly and quickly.

13. Changes to this notice and revision history

We review this Legal Notice at least annually and whenever our company details, regulatory position, data processing activities or hosting arrangements change materially. Any change that materially affects your rights will be reflected in an updated "last updated" date at the top of this page, and significant changes will also be noted on our homepage for a reasonable period following publication.
