Returns. Fairly handled.

This Returns Policy explains your right to cancel an order of Omega-3 Triple, how to return a product, and when a refund can be issued. It applies to orders placed with Dolvent Health Ltd, 18 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 6AY, through dolvent.info or by telephone confirmation. It was last published on 11 August 2026 and should be read alongside our Terms of Use.

1. Scope of this returns policy

This policy applies to every order of Omega-3 Triple placed with Dolvent Health Ltd on a pay-on-delivery basis, whether the order was submitted through our website form or confirmed over the telephone. It sets out your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the practical steps for returning a product, and the circumstances in which a refund can or cannot be issued. It does not apply to any purchase made through a third-party retailer or marketplace, which will be governed by that retailer's own returns policy instead.

2. Your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have fourteen calendar days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel it, without needing to give a reason. This fourteen-day period runs from the date of physical receipt of the goods rather than the date the order was confirmed by telephone, and it applies regardless of whether you paid by cash or card to the courier. To cancel within this period, you can telephone us on +44 141 389 4910, email [email protected], or write to our registered office, clearly stating your name, order details and intention to cancel.

3. Returning the product once you have cancelled

Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you must return the product to us without undue delay and in any event within fourteen calendar days of notifying us of your cancellation. Products must be returned in their original, sealed condition; because Omega-3 Triple is a food supplement supplied in a sealed container for reasons of health protection, once the seal has been broken the right to cancel no longer applies, in line with the hygiene exemption permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning goods and retaining proof of postage, since you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

4. Refunds where cancellation is accepted

Where you exercise a valid right to cancel and return the product in its original sealed condition, we will refund the price paid within fourteen calendar days of the date we receive the returned goods, or, if earlier, the date you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back to us. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction where practicable; because most of our orders are paid in cash or by card to the courier rather than online, we will contact you to arrange the most appropriate refund method, which may include a bank transfer. We do not charge any fee for processing a valid refund.

5. Products that cannot be returned

In line with the hygiene-related exemption under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we cannot accept the return of, or issue a refund for, any pack of Omega-3 Triple where the seal on the capsule container has been broken or removed, except where the product itself is faulty or does not match its description, in which case your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full regardless of whether the seal has been broken. If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for return, please contact us before opening the seal so that we can advise you.

6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within thirty days of delivery by telephone on +44 141 389 4910 or by email at [email protected], including a description of the issue and, where possible, a photograph. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, and this right exists independently of, and in addition to, the fourteen-day cancellation right described above. We will arrange collection of the affected product at no cost to you where a fault is confirmed.

7. How to request a return or refund

To request a cancellation, return or refund, contact our customer service team by telephone on +44 141 389 4910 during our hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30, or by email at [email protected] at any time. Please have your order details ready, including the name and delivery address used when the order was placed and the approximate date of delivery. We aim to acknowledge every return request within one working day and to confirm the outcome, including any return address needed, within three working days.

8. Delivery costs on cancellation

Where you validly cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 before delivery has taken place, no delivery charge will be applied. Where cancellation occurs after delivery and the product is eligible for return, we will refund the standard delivery cost you paid, but we do not refund any charge for expedited or non-standard delivery you specifically selected in excess of our standard rate. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us unless the return is due to a fault, in which case we will cover the reasonable cost of return.

9. Data associated with returns

When you request a return or refund, we process your name, order details, contact information and, if provided, a description or photograph of any fault, in order to administer your request and maintain our statutory accounting records. This information is retained for six years in line with the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy, and is shared only with the courier arranging collection and, where relevant, our accounting team. Our full approach to personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which applies to all information collected as part of a return.

10. Complaints about the returns process

If you are unhappy with how a return or refund request has been handled, please first contact us by email at [email protected] so that we can investigate. We aim to resolve returns-related complaints within ten working days of receiving all necessary information. If you remain dissatisfied, you may be entitled to refer the matter to a UK Consumer Ombudsman scheme or to Trading Standards, and nothing in this policy affects your right to pursue a claim through the small claims process if appropriate.
