2. Ordering and payment
Do I need to enter card details to order?
No. Our order form asks for your name, phone number, delivery address, city, and postcode. No card details or online payment are collected at that stage, since Omega-3 Triple is sold on a pay-on-delivery basis across the United Kingdom.
What happens after I submit the form?
A member of our team telephones you during our opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30, to confirm your order, check your delivery address and answer any questions before dispatch. No order is sent for delivery until this call has taken place.
How do I pay?
You pay £45.99 directly to the courier at the point of delivery, by cash or by card, whichever the courier is able to accept for your delivery region. No subscription or recurring payment is set up at any point.
3. Delivery and returns
- Delivery times vary by region, from around 1–2 working days in London and the South East to up to 4–7 working days in the Highlands and Islands.
- Delivery costs are shown on our Delivery page and range from £2.99 to £5.99 depending on region.
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify us that you wish to return your order.
- Unsealed food supplements are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons, as permitted by law.

4. Using Omega-3 Triple
Is Omega-3 Triple a medicine?
Omega-3 Triple is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, replace medical advice or professional healthcare or health condition. It is designed to complement a balanced daily routine alongside a varied diet.
Who should consult a professional first?
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or have an existing medical condition, please consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before taking any food supplement.
How many capsules are in a pack, and how long does that last?
Each pack contains 90 capsules, intended to last approximately three months at the stated daily dose of one capsule per day. Full directions for use and storage advice are set out on our How to Use page.
- Take one capsule daily with water, ideally alongside a meal.
- Store the pack in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of one capsule.
